Pankaj Garg (hypnotherapist / NLP / Life Coach), registered to CNHC and NHS
I provide life coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP techniques to make positive change in your life. I am based in Slough.
I am very passionate about helping people to transform, to find direction, perform better, improve health and achieve goals so that they can lead better, more fulfilling and satisfying lives.
During the session, whether face to face or online, I create a comfortable and safe space for you. At the start of our sessions we will discuss your problem(s) and what you want to achieve from the session. I will ask you more questions for getting to know you. You will find me listening to you keenly with no-judgement. I like to get a very detailed background as this helps identify any potential reasons for the negative feelings and/or behaviours you're experiencing. We will identify and agree the key areas and SMART goals to work on before starting the hypnotherapy part of the session or Time Line Therapy. You will be able to sit back and relax while I get to work. You will find this part very relaxing.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I practice clinical hypnotherapy, analytical and transforming hypnotherapy, and medical hypnotherapy. It is scientifically proven that our mind, thoughts and emotions effect our body. In hypnosis, the subconscious mind of the client is accessed and unwanted belief /emotions / behaviour can be altered to support the healing of the client.
Mummy/ daddy issue: Our behaviour / belief and patterns are formed during our child hood by the age of 8. If you have had difficult childhood, and experiencing certain challenges in your adult life, Analytical hypnotherapy can be used to fix the childhood traumatic emotions.
IBS/Digestive issues: Medical hypnotherapy can be used as supplementary therapy to treat IBS or digestive issues along with conventional treatment.
Cancer: Medical hypnotherapy can be used as supplementary therapy to treat various forms of cancers along with conventional treatment.
