About me

Are you looking for help with Anxiety and/or problem responses and behaviors?

Overthinking, panic attacks, insomnia, low mood, fatigue, addiction and emotional outbursts are just a few of the responses that result from the mind becoming stressed or feeling overwhelmed.

As a professional Clinical Therapist, I can help you with the effective combination therapy of Hypnosis, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming.)

This means you can benefit from both the subconscious and conscious brain making changes. Through Hypnosis you can work with your subconscious on beliefs and responses, CBT offers techniques to use in the moment and train the brain, and NLP helps you change your inner mind chatter positively.

A free initial telephone/email consultation is always offered prior to the first appointment being made to answer any initial questions or worries.

Through my passion and understanding of how Hypnotherapy can make so many positive changes in peoples lives, I founded AbsoluteU Clinical Hypnotherapy based in Horsham, offering Hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT services throughout Sussex and Surrey. I am fully qualified and insured within the Profession and a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy(NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

My practice is based in a calm and secure environment and also offers free parking. Both daytime and evening appointments are available.
There are a large range of subjects that I can help you with whether it be a single issue or a variety. You may even feel that you are unsure as to what exactly may be affecting you and generally feel low, depressed, anxious or stressed. I can even help if you feel that you need help to deal with one situation in particular that may be significant in your life such as separation issues, grief and letting go, or wedding nerves.

Anxiety, stress and depression play a large part in mental health issues in today's busy world in all ages. I am passionate about helping people manage and overcome these issues and learn how you can use your mind in a positive and proactive way rather than reactive. The benefits and techniques of what you learn can be taken on through life and help you to use your mind in a completely different and positive way.

Problems can have many underlying symptoms and causes in various areas. For example, a relationship problem may have symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, confidence or separation issues. Somebody trying to lose weight may have symptoms of a lack of confidence, stress or depression. Somebody who wants to stop smoking may find it hard to quit as they feel stressed, find it hard to break habits or suffer from nerves. Additional areas clients may require help with include phobias, addictions, childbirth, pain control, insomnia and IBS.

Here at AbsoluteU Clinical Hypnotherapy the key is commitment and passion in the provision of Hypnotherapy in a supportive and conductive manner working to resolve issues that you may have. Working on a one- to- one basis to ensure that your own individual needs and requirements are addressed by the hypnotherapist. Your thoughts, worries and concerns are of great significance to both your-self and the understanding of the practice and will be discussed in a comfortable and purely confidential environment.

Further information

You may feel that you do not know how to fulfil your dreams, but this does not mean that you can not. In many cases your conscious mind may decide that an idea or hope is achievable in some respect, for example, in the case of a phobia of spiders, you can pick up the spider. However, your subconscious mind may be creating an irrational fear as it may believe that there is a danger for you and, therefore, is in conflict with your conscious mind. At AbsoluteU we empower the strength of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis to communicate with both the conscious and subconscious mind to release the patterns of irrational behaviour. Hypnotherapy involves relaxation of your body and mind to invite the new behaviours and ideas that can significantly change your life.
