About me
I’m a trauma-informed clinical and holistic hypnotherapist specialising in PTSD, trauma recovery, and nervous system healing. My approach blends the precision of evidence-based methods with deeply restorative, holistic practices to create lasting change from the inside out.
I use the BLAST Technique®, a rapid and gentle trauma-processing method designed to clear traumatic memories, triggers, and emotional imprints from the subconscious mind. This is often the turning point for clients who have carried anxiety, shame, or pain for years.
Alongside this, I work with clinical hypnosis, guiding clients into a calm, receptive state where we can safely reprogram old beliefs, build confidence, and create new, healthier emotional patterns.
For clients who see me in person, I also integrate sound therapy - including therapeutic singing bowls and frequency-based relaxation - to support deeper nervous system regulation and full-body healing.
I specialise in supporting people who have experienced:
PTSD and complex trauma
Emotional neglect, toxic relationships, and narcissistic abuse
Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress, Inner child wounds and attachment patterns, Addictions, self-sabotage, and low self-worth
My work is gentle, intuitive, structured, and deeply transformative. Most clients work with me through my four-session transformation programme, where we combine BLAST, hypnosis, subconscious reprogramming, and (if in person) sound therapy to create powerful, measurable change in a short timeframe.
Alongside clinical hypnotherapy and trauma techniques like BLAST, I integrate holistic practices such as soul contract work, cord-cutting, and therapeutic ritual to support deeper emotional release.
I combine this with the principles of the law of attraction to help clients shift their energy, rebuild self-belief, and align with a healthier, more empowered future. This layered approach adds a powerful dimension to professional practice, blending evidence-based methods with meaningful spiritual tools for lasting transformation.
You can book directly with me via my online booking system on my website (both zoom and in person sessions).

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
