About me
My interest and studies in personal development and self healing is ongoing. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Master Practitioner and Trainer with EFT International, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Professional and Personal Coach, I also practice Brain Working Recursive Therapy. I offer my clients a wide range of holistic treatments to help overcome any negative life challenge they may be experiencing. I specialise in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex PTSD.
I often say to clients: "If we feel negative about anything then it can be changed!". I am always happy to discuss your needs before you make an appointment so please don't hesitate to contact me. If you send me a text request with a suitable time I'm also happy to return your call.

Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£80.00 per session
Additional information
- I charge £80 per therapy hour - this includes a CD or online hypnotherapy audio which is suitable for you to use at home. I also offer SKYPE therapy sessions internationally.
I am located in Ashurst close to Parbold village and Ormskirk town. Free parking outside.
When I work
I am available Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm and evenings Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 6pm - 8pm.
Further information
I either work via SKYPE with many international clients or clients outside the Lancashire area. I also see one to one clients at my home in West Lancashire.
