About me

I am a solution-focused hypnotherapist specialising in the relief of anxiety-based conditions such as fibromyalgia, IBS, and emetophobia.  I also work with clients with specific fears and phobias e.g. fear of flying and also those with anxieties relating to medical procedures.  I also work with children and young people with anxiety, especially school phobia and "exam nerves"
