About me

As a solution focused hypnotherapist, I help children, teens and adults to make significant, positive changes in their lives in a short period of time. I help my clients focus on what they want to achieve rather than on their problems. Sometimes clients feel a certain way, but they don’t know the reason why, or they don’t want to talk about why they feel the way they do.

I work with clients with anxiety, depression, weight loss, sleep problems, confidence issues, imposter syndrome and many other
areas. I help my clients to identify and work with their inner skills and resources, to help them to realise their potential and ability to make positive changes.

Here are some of the problems I work with at my hypnotherapy clinics, based in Bromsgrove and Quinton, Birmingham

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stop Smoking
  • Insomnia
  • Addictions
  • Fears and Phobias
  • IBS
  • Breaking Habits
  • Stress
  • Imposter Syndrome
  • Children with Anxiety
  • Bedwetting
  • School Refusal
  • Confidence Issues
  • Self Esteem
  • Skin Conditions
  • OCD

I offer face to face hypnotherapy at my offices in Bromsgrove and Quinton, or I can also work online, if preferred

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH)

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

Further information

Your first session will be a free initial consultation which will last up to an hour. This can be done online via Zoom or face to face at my hypnotherapy clinic in Bromsgrove town centre.

This will allow me to:

  • Gain an understanding of what’s going on for you now and how you would like it to be different
  • Explain how our brain works and why this is impacting on how you feel
  • Explain how we can use hypnotherapy to create positive change in your life
  • And most importantly to make sure that you feel happy working with me to achieve the results you want!

You also get to take away a free relaxing audio which you can use to help you to release stress and to build confidence in the future.  There is no hypnosis in this first session.

If you choose to book for hypnotherapy sessions after this initial consultation each session lasts around an hour and my clients tell me they always find it a very positive, uplifting experience that leaves them feeling both motivated and relaxed!
