About me

I offer caring support for a range of conditions such as stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, emotional eating, skin conditions, pain management, IBS, phobias, habit control and much more. I am also very experienced at working with children and teenagers. Each person's treatment plan is tailored to his or her needs and I use CBT, NLP, coaching and mindfulness alongside clinical hypnosis to give the most comprehensive and appropriate approach. I am happy to do home visits within a 10 mile radius for those who need to access treatment at home and usually recommend home visits for children and young people, just so they feel at ease in familiar surroundings.
The number and frequency of sessions needed depends on the individual and I find clients appreciate that their feedback plays a large role in the development of their treatment plan. Please take a look at my website and Facebook page for more details and a whole range of positive reviews. I'm more than happy to chat on the phone to answer any questions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am fully qualified and am registered with the NCH, CNHC and TISPH and have the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma as well as a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have specialist training in treating IBS and a Diploma in Pediatric Hypnotherapy. I am a qualified teacher and have 18 years experience of working with children and young people.

Photos & videos

I recommend an initial consultation over the telephone at my expense. This will usually last 20-30 minutes and helps me to gain a fuller picture of how I can help you. It will also give you the chance to ask any questions and become familiar with what hypnotherapy treatment is like.

I charge £75 for an initial in-depth session of up to 90 minutes. Following sessions can be bought in value for money bundles. Sessions last between 60 and 75 minutes, as I believe it is important not to rush clients, especially when excellent progress is being made. Please see my website for more detailed information on bundles and payment options.

My daughter was having LOTS of problems at school and just life in general, she was always down in the dumps. I approached Louise to see if she could help. After the first session, I could see changes, her moods were different, she started smiling more. After another couple of sessions she is like a new child. Talking to others and feeling part of the conversation and actually having fun. I have told all my friends how good Louise has been. I would recommend Louise Oliver to anyone that has any problem that can be helped by hypnosis.

AH, Rotherham, September 2016

I first me Louise last year when I was suffering from very bad bouts of anxiety.
Louise helped me make sense of what was happening and the hypnotherapy has helped me move forward, getting my life back on track.
Louise is a lovely lady, very understanding, makes you feel at ease and spends time with you; really listening. Her hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to fit you and I'm so glad that I found her.
I would definitely recommend Louise to anyone who is suffering from anxiety, she can help.
