About me
My Clinical Hypnotherapy practice is in Troon, South Ayrshire at 3A Academy Street, KA10 6AQ.
I trained to Degree Level in 1995 at the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH) and West London University and was resident Clinical Hypnotherapist for 20 years at a Hypnotherapy clinic in Glasgow and tutored trainee hypnotherapists.
My additional qualifications are: Certified Havening Practitioner, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
These techniques can be used as stand alone or in conjunction with Hypnotherapy.
I have a lifelong interest in health and wellness, lectured in Complementary Therapies at Langside College in Glasgow and had the honour of taking part in Scottish Television and Radio Clyde health programmes and had articles printed in The Daily Record, The Times and The Glasgow Herald.
I taught Iyengar Yoga for 30 years and am trained in Bowen Therapy, Kinesiology and Reiki Masters.

Additional information
Under 18's £55. Adults £70 per session, discount for 4 or more sessions.
Stop Smoking is a One Session Technique at £150 including recording to be used at home, twice a day for ten days. If you have any problems within the first 10 days you get second session free of charge.
All sessions include a self hypnosis recording for home use.
