About us
I offer an empathetic, and friendly, safe place, online. Specialising in Mental Health, as this is my true passion. I have experienced my own mental health struggles in the past, and knew that I wanted to train as a Solution focused Hypnotherapist, & Psychotherapist to help others get through, too. My clients often feel heard, validated, & understood when I share my story.
Whether you are suffering with depression, anxiety, ptsd, fear, or phobia's, or whether you would just like to take time out for yourself to feel better, become more confident, and eventually *Thrive, I can help you achieve just that.
This is a double form of therapy which includes both positive talk therapy, and Hyposis, combined. During Trance we have access to your subconscious mind, and this is where real change happens. Hypnosis is actually a very ordinary state we go into at least three times a day, eg, walking, reading, or driving. This is extremely relaxing, and you are in control at all times.
