About me

Sometimes life gets out of balance because of unwanted habits, behaviours and negative thoughts and feelings. Hypnotherapy helps you to regain balance and enables you to control unwanted behaviours and feelings, in many cases completely eradicating them.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural and wonderfully relaxing experience but ultimately it is all about results. I work in partnership with you to assess your needs and deliver treatment that works. My goal is to achieve results that last for a lifetime. I offer tailor made hypnotherapy for clients with a broad range of issues and have an impressive history of success.

I cannot stress enough what a powerful tool hypnotherapy is in enabling change.   There are many problems that can be treated by hypnotherapy, weight loss, anxiety, addictions, phobias, panic attacks, smoking and self esteem are a few of the more common areas in which I work.

I provide a professional, friendly and confidential service to you, working in partnership to achieve meaningful results.

If you have not experienced hypnotherapy before you may have questions about what to expect. Please take a look at my website, www.aboutmind.co.uk, or give me a call on 07414 801779 for a confidential discussion.  If you would then like to explore further we can arrange a free no obligation consultation at my practice and outline a plan to achieve the change that you want.

"I can honestly say you have changed my life. I haven't gambled once since I saw you last. I'm back in control. It's an amazing feeling. I have money in my wallet all the time now. I can't thank you enough for what you have done. It's not only stopped me gambling but I feel different, a lot more happy. My wife can't believe the change. I am not a gambler any more". It's amazing. LM, Norwich

"No more cigarettes! I feel so relieved that my battle to quit is finally over". KM, Lakenham

“Initially I was apprehensive, but after my first session with Kerry I felt at ease and I now feel totally in control of my eating habits.  I am now able to make healthier choices without feeling I've missed out”. Clare, Thorpe St Andrew

“I saw Kerry to help me get to sleep at night.  I’m now sleeping better than I have for years”. AN, Norwich

“I had never had hypnotherapy before and was a bit nervous.  Kerry made me feel really at ease and I completely lost any nervousness.  I got the results I wanted too”. PJ, Norwich

“Kerry is very thorough and professional.  I saw her just before I took my driving test because I wanted to calm my nerves.  I passed the test, which was down to me but I felt so confident and relaxed on the day and that was down to the hypnotherapy”. CS, Wymondham
