About me
Sometimes we develop unwanted habits, behaviours and negative thoughts and feelings. Hypnotherapy helps you to regain balance and establish control over unwanted behaviours and emotions, in many cases completely eradicating them.
Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural and wonderfully relaxing experience but ultimately it is all about achieving change. I will assess your needs and deliver treatment that works. My goal is to achieve results that last for a lifetime. I offer personally targeted hypnotherapy for clients with a broad range of issues and have an impressive history of success.
I cannot stress enough what a powerful tool hypnotherapy is in enabling change. There are many problems that can be treated by hypnotherapy, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, addictions, phobias, panic attacks, smoking and self esteem are a few of the more common areas in which I work.
If you have not experienced hypnotherapy before you may have questions about what to expect. Please take a look at my website, www.aboutmindhypnotherapy.co.uk, or give me a call on 07414 801779 for a confidential discussion. If you would then like to explore further we can arrange a no obligation consultation at my practice and outline a plan to achieve the change that you want.

I can't thank you enough for what you have done. It's not only stopped me gambling but I feel different, a lot more happy. My wife can't believe the change. I am not a gambler any more". It's amazing. LM, Norwich
