About me

A warm hello, my name is Katerina.

I am a Director of Health in Thought Therapies, highly professional mental health services private practice based at 1 Harley Street (and various Central London locations), dedicated and invested in offering Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling services - resourcing general public with bespoke interventions for their mastery in own fulfillment.

I am also the facilitator of change with an innate passion for human fulfillment (so many of us do not even know what that’s like); ... fascination for human abilities (do YOU know what you are capable of if equipped with the right mindset?); ... curiosity for individuality (human beings are all the same in essence but completely unique in existence) - EVERYONE has an inspirational story of their life to tell. What is YOUR story?... what is the story YOU DESIRE to live?

With over 9 years of study, research and practice with clients from diverse walks of life equipped me with vital knowledge and understanding of life transforming strategies that allows me to draw from a range of approaches to work creatively with you and act as a catalyst for new perceptions and mindsets to emerge.

Our collaborative working alliance of my innate capacity to respond creatively coupled with your courage and commitment to actively participate in the therapeutic process, is at the heart of the transformation and personal mastery you can experience in working with me. And it will be such privilege to help you get there!

“The quality of your life is determined by where you live emotionally” - Tony Robbins

Whatever is holding you back from living your life on your terms with meaning, purpose and inner peace is sure worth talking about:

> anxiety  > stress  > depression  > addiction / alcohol abuse  > overwhelming emotions  > panic attacks  > phobias  > chronic pain  > eating problems                  > weight loss  > body dysmorphia  > relationships  > communication > low self-esteem  > low self-confidence  > workplace and career challenges  > loss / separation  > stage fright  > PTSD  > anger  > trauma  > lack of purpose / meaning  > procrastination  > life changes and milestones  > learning to manage physical and mental well-being

Talking to a highly skilled professional is paramount to health, well-being, and personal mastery.

Guided re-framing of your life’s story, ... of your experiences, ... of your thoughts, ... feelings and attitudes - enables change, … facilitates healing, … enhances your healthy sense of self, … and enriches life with greater meaning and awareness of your inner resources and emotional competence that is already within you.

And it is SUCH privilege to both facilitate and bear witness to this process!

To help you make this important decision, I invite you for a 30 minutes (free) consultation call, that will be focused at pinpointing all that holds you back and resourcing your understanding of the process and its outcome - the outcome that will begin to propel you to live the life on your terms with meaning, purpose and inner peace!

Following the initial assessment, you will be offered insights, suggestions and options on ways of working to suit your needs and priorities. There is no obligation to continue after the initial consultation. If you do decide to work with me, sessions are usually on a weekly basis and last 50 minutes (longer sessions can be arranged in advance should we face a more complicated concern).

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

There are numerous more ways of addressing psychological challenges of human life than the average person is aware of.  I am committed to promote psychological well-being and demystify Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Counselling through shared knowledge, therapeutic connection and my “Resources” page.

Further information

Many of us are wandering the earth, accomplished in various ways, capable of fulfillment and harmony at times, but with a fundamental void that stops us from mastering consistency to become the best version of our Self: we don't quite have hold on our thoughts and what we are capable of achieving!

Living in a fast-paced environment .... conditions us to keep up the pace!

Today ... almost every person experiences between 70,000 to 100,000 thoughts throughout their day! ... every day!  .... no wonder why most of us relate to feeling unrested, deprived, and disconnected from inner peace!

The first step on the path of self-mastery is to disentangle and make sense of our thoughts. When we realise thoughts influence our reality ... and the results we get ... then, what do we do about it?

"Who you are tomorrow begins with what you do today!" ~ Tim Fargo

We will employ YOU as an expert on being you! ... and I, will resource you with bespoke strategies and interventions to tap into your own internal resources to start living life by a design of your own.

We will invite Mindfulness to put some space between yourself, your thoughts, and your feelings about your daily life ... with simple to implement approaches that will enlighten your focus and strip down conditioned responses in the service of self-understanding, wisdom and fulfillment.

Together, we will pave a way of working with creativity, curiosity and humour.   Oh yes!! ... we will absolutely laugh too! =D

And at the end of that process is an outcome!   You will have come to know your resourcefulness ... and become THE MASTER OF YOUR FULFILLMENT!

Would you like to create a life on your terms with meaning, purpose and inner peace?

It will be such privilege to help you get there!
