About me

Witnessing people, from all walks of life and with all sort of problems, transform their lives with the help of Cognitive Hypnotherapy is something I can't get enough of. It's like watching a young athlete win their first ever gold medal. Heartwarming. Every single time.

And while I wouldn't call it a speciality, I especially love working with expats, teenagers and young adults and those who struggle with misophonia, infertility, stuck in a dysfunctional relationship or in an unfulfilling job. Perhaps because I can relate to them on a personal level.

I work with clients face to face in a small village near Reading, West Berkshire and online over Zoom. Online therapy proved to be just as effective as in-person sessions and it allows me to help people who otherwise wouldn't have the chance to work with me, therefore I love it.

Choosing and trusting a therapist isn't an easy task though. It can feel overwhelming to decide who to trust with personal issues that you might don't share with anyone else. This is why I offer a free therapeutic conversation, so you can see and get a feeling about who I am and decide whether I'm the best person to help you get over your problem and transform your life.
