About me

Are you smiling but no one notices it doesn’t reach your eyes and you can’t feel that smile in your heart? They don't see the frown lines on your forehead that all your effort is going into the supposedly simple act of lifting the corners of your mouth has created? Are you exhausted trying to pretend so that no one knows that you feel empty inside?  A few years ago that was me. I felt sad that people couldn’t see it but it wasn’t their fault, it was me trying to hide my feelings, I felt this was the role I had to play. Hypnotherapy helped me find my smile again. No more emptiness or pretending. The incredible transformative experience inspired me to retrain as a hypnotherapist so I too could positively help free clients from these feelings

Hypnotherapy can help you be free of anxiety, stress, phobias, weight issues and so much more in a gentle and safe environment achieving real positive change in my beautiful holistic therapy practice.

Anxiety and stress has now become such a hugely toxic part of so many lives. It can subconsciously underpin many other issues too, such as why can’t I lose weight/quit smoking? Why do I feel like something is holding me back? Why aren’t I achieving my goals? I just want to sleep!

I feel blessed that I can share the peace, healing and change that hypnotherapy brings. We work together to empower you to cut negative ties of old unwanted thoughts and behaviours once and for all, so you can live in the moment and walk positively into the future.

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
