About me
In 2014 Jacqueline was diagnosed with breast cancer. At the time, she was working in a highly stressful corporate environment, smoking 30 cigarettes a day, drinking a bottle of wine every night, and eating on the hoof. Frightened and thinking she was going to die, the cancer diagnosis was a catalyst for a complete lifestyle overhaul.
A chance encounter with a hypnotherapist, led her to retrain as a Clinical Hypnotherapist herself. She then used hypnosis to quit smoking and drinking, change her diet, and stop eating sugar. Jacqueline now uses her experience of cancer and self-hypnosis to help support women on a similar journey to make positive changes to their lives.
Jacqueline lives in the North of England. In her spare time she plays the drums and enjoys Ballroom and Latin American dancing. She continues not to smoke, is teetotal and vegan, and remains cancer free.
Her transformative journey and expertise have been featured in Woman, Women's Weekly, Woman's Own, Closer, Pick Me Up, Women's Health, Bella, The Independent, Superdrug, Natural Health, The Sun Online, Stylish, Metro, Sheerluxe, Woman and Home, Take A Break, I-Paper, Yahoo.UK, The Northern Echo, Living Magazine, Darlington Monthly and The Mail on Sunday’s You Magazine.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
