About me
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR and NLP Practitioner, I am able to help the process of emotional change, by reducing or eradicating the heightened emotions you are feeling, such as anxiety and self-limiting beliefs. Basically, helping to 'unstick' you from that emotional cycle you are currently in. These heightened emotions can be caused through traumatic events that may have happened in your life and still impacting you emotionally today and they can affect your day to day behaviours, your mood, eating habits, addictions and dependencies as well as your relationship with yourself and others.
Why did I choose hypnotherapy?
As a Complimentary Therapist for 20 years, clients regularly present with physical ailments as a result of long term emotional issues. Due to this interconnection between the two I wanted to be able to provide all round holistic healthcare, physical and emotional, hence me training in hypnotherapy & EMDR. This enables me to get to the true root of the emotional problem and release trapped emotions in your nervous system.

I offer a relaxed environment in a welcoming treatment room. My approach is very much client led and I am ready to work with you on whatever you feel you need support with. I work at a deep level to get to the root of the emotional problem rather than just work with the presenting behaviour, by working at this level the changes are likely to be permanent.

- Enhanced DBS certificate
Qualifications include GQHP (General Qualification Hypnotherapy Practice), CPNLP (Clinical Practitioner in NLP), EMDR (EMDR Practitioner), D.HYP (Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy), D.M.H (Master Hypnotist). Plus, 20 Years experience in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Clinical acupuncture & KORE Therapy.

- GHR - General Hypnotherapy Register
- FHT - Federation of Holistic Therapists
- AOR - Association of Reflexologists
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
