About me

Very often the thing that is stopping us from getting us where we want to be is ourselves, which is incredibly frustrating. Old behaviour patterns, lack of self-esteem and emotional blockages can trip us up over and over again and despite our best efforts we can’t seem to find a way around them.

My hypnotherapy practice is based around helping my clients to understand themselves better, increase self-worth, rewrite internal dialogue and improve decision making so they can make the changes necessary to live the way they truly want.

Each person brings their own unique situation, life experiences and expectations to therapy and I will always make sure you feel heard and understood so together we can work on getting you where you want to be in a way that feels completely right for you. I don’t work to a set formula and never use generic scripts, preferring instead to be flexible and intuitive in my approach to offer the most personalised therapy at all times. I believe hypnotherapy should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience where the client leaves feeling relaxed and inspired with an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

If you would like to find out more about how I may be able to help you or if you have any questions, please call or email anytime for further information or for a friendly, no obligation chat.

"Before I first saw Fan I was very sceptical about hypnotherapy, but I can truly say it has helped me more than I could have ever imagined. It has taught me how to truly relax and has helped me overcome certain factors in my life which were affecting me in a seriously negative way. Sessions are made much, much easier by the welcoming and comforting environment Fan provides from the very first minute of meeting her. I can't thank her enough for what she did and continues to do for me and I will continue seeing her for the foreseeable future" BP, Herts

“ Meeting Fan was the best thing I have ever done!
After my 18 year Marriage came to an end I was broken. Fan has made me believe in myself again and has given me the confidence I lost many years ago due to a toxic relationship, she’s helped me to build self love and gain feelings of being excited about starting my new life!
Fan is a kind, gentle and very knowledgeable lady and I really look forward to my session each week “ WK, Royston

“I am thrilled to be a client of Fan’s. She makes you feel completely safe and supported. With her help, I am very confident of achieving my aims.” RC, Hitchin

”My emotions were stopping me enjoying life and I couldn’t find a way forward. Right from the very first appointment Fan’s gentle, non judgemental attitude put me at ease and her skilled approach has given me back my purpose and I look forward to the future again I cannot thank her enough” SL, Cambs

”I didn’t think I would ever get on top of my problems with food, but after a few sessions with Fan I was able to change the way I looked at my life and realise I had a choice in everything I do. I left every session feeling calm and ready to do things differently! With Fan’s support and encouragement I have overcome so much more than I ever thought possible” JJ, Cambridge
