About me

Hi, my name is Fan and I’m a fully qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor with additional training in NLP and mindfulness. I am an open-minded, warm and non-judgemental person who cares deeply about my clients and their growth, happiness and healing.

My aim is to help you with whatever is holding you back or causing you upset and worry. The world feels very uncertain at the moment and a lot of people are experiencing excessive amounts of stress and anxiety, either bringing new things to the surface or making an old situation worse. Although hypnotherapy can help with many wide ranging blocks and difficulties, I have found that very often some sort of anxiety is at the core, from full-blown panic - the overwhelming feeling of fear, pounding heart, sweating, shaking, tight chest and nausea, to the crushing symptoms of long-term anxiety which often present as a general feeling of being out of sorts, crying easily, anger issues, lack of energy, sleep problems, compulsive behaviours and health worries to name a few. However it manifests the effects are miserable and debilitating making life a constant uphill struggle. We might turn to food, alcohol, unhealthy relationships or social media to distract us or give us a temporary lift but without tackling the root cause of our problem we risk feeling worse than we did before. And so the cycle continues.....but there is hope. Although I am not going to pretend anxiety (and all it’s additional challenges) is easy to overcome, it is possible to restore a balance where you are back in the driving seat of your life and the merry-go-round of symptoms lessen and fade.

Combining hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and mindfulness I help you explore the issues that are dragging you down and find a way forward using the power and infinite possibilities of our own amazing minds.

If you have any questions, would like to tell me more about your situation or find out more about me and how I work, please call or email anytime.
