About me

Skilled and supportive to help you change for good. Professional, confidential and friendly hypnotherapy and motivational coaching for anxiety, weight loss, smoking, flying, phobias and more in Falkirk, Stirling, Cumbernauld, Airdrie and Glasgow.

One size doesn’t fit all. You are unique and my breadth of skills and experience help us work together to find the right mix of therapies for you.

Clients often choose to work with me because: I am qualified, skilled and experienced. I’ve helped many people over the years, as a nurse, university lecturer, training consultant and now Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I am friendly and approachable. I aim to help you achieve real, lasting change in as few sessions as possible. I can draw on a wide range of skills to find the best solution for you (e.g. Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT tapping), motivational coaching and more.

I offer a new method for weight loss, based on scientific research. Users have described it as a ‘mind-set shift’, where they exercised or ate healthily because they wanted to, rather than feeling they had to.

Client Feedback: "This amazing and uplifting therapy has dramatically changed my way of thinking.  I would highly recommend Liz and her services. It's an investment for a better quality of life." KM, Cumbernauld

"Truly unbelievable, 40 years of avoiding the dentist, so terrified I have literally fainted at the prospect. Now been to 3 appointments feeling perfectly okay. Wish I had known about you years ago.” JV, Stirling

“Thanks so much for your help. The mental imagery is really keeping me on track with achieving my fitness and weight loss goals.” EC, Glasgow
