About me

Hello, I'm Liz and hypnotherapy changed my life. It might change yours too. Imagine feeling calm, stopping smoking, being pain free, getting rid of phobias or stubborn habits.  I've helped many people achieve these goals and I'd like to help you too.  You're unique and my range of skills and qualifications mean I can create a personal therapy package to meet your needs. Contact me for your free consultation.

My specialities include reducing anxiety, stopping smoking ...for good. Also overcoming phobias and successful weight loss (including hypno gastric band and other research-based methods). Other specialist areas include relief of chronic pain, menopausal symptoms and irritable bowel symptoms.

Your in person sessions take place in comfortable therapy rooms in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Falkirk and Stirling areas. I also help clients locally or worldwide by video call or online It’s easy and effective.   Free, initial phone consultation ...as always

Clients often choose to work with me because I'm friendly and supportive as well as qualified, skilled and experienced. I’ve helped many people over the years, as a nurse, university lecturer, training consultant and now Registered Hypnotherapist and wellbeing coach.

I aim to help you achieve real, lasting change in as few sessions as possible. I can draw on a wide range of skills to find the best solution for you (e.g. Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Therapy (tapping), motivational coaching and Old Pain 2 Go techniques.

As well as gastric band hypnotherapy and weight loss hypnotherapy I offer a new method for successful weight loss, based on scientific research Users have described it as a ‘mind-set shift’, where they exercised or ate healthily because they wanted to, rather than feeling they had to.

Here's what some of my clients have said:

"This amazing and uplifting therapy has dramatically changed my way of thinking.  I would highly recommend Liz and her services. It's an investment for a better quality of life." Kirsteen, Cumbernauld

"Truly unbelievable, 40 years of avoiding the dentist, so terrified I have literally fainted. After seeing Liz I've now had all my dental treatment done without worry, I've also overcome my serious needle phobia . Can't thank Liz enough.” James , Stirling
