About me

As a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Coach, I am passionate about using my skills to support you to make the positive changes that you want to make in your life.

My focus is on supporting you to improve your well-being by using hypnotherapy and coaching techniques to empower you to overcome the challenges you are facing and achieve your goals, boost your positivity, confidence and self-esteem.

I specialise in helping women in midlife to manage the emotional and physical shifts of menopause, find peace from stress and anxiety, and reclaim restful sleep. My Flourish programme will also help you to rediscover your confidence and inner joy, and embrace a future brimming with possibilities.

As well as offering individual sessions I run group workshops for individuals and organisations. You can also sign up to my wellbeing newsletter to receive information, ideas and support by e-mail. I work both in person and on-line.

I chose the name Aurora, meaning dawn, as the name for my practice as hypnotherapy can mean a fresh new start for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their lives.

My practice is positive, caring and empowering and puts you at its heart. Take the first step today and get in touch to find out more.
