About me
Hi, My name's Einir and I'm a bilingual (Welsh/ English) speaking Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. I work one day a week in my therapy room in Aberystwyth Marina, and I also offer online sessions.
My clients come to me with a variety of issues, but the main concerns are anxiety, stress, phobias and a lack of confidence in work, or your personal life.
The reason I enjoy working in a solution-focused way is that I won't be asking you to revisit a past trauma or explaining why you feel so anxious or sad, we look towards the future and the positive goals that you can achieve and how you can make them become a reality. We find solutions together.
Sessions follow a set pattern, I'll always be asking you to find the positive in the week before, however hard that can be to begin with, and then through using solution-focused BRIEF therapy techniques, I'll be supporting you to find the solutions to your problems.
Following on from the psychotherapy, you'll be invited to lie down and through a guided meditation technique you'll go into a deep state of relaxation 'trance'.
