About me

Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist | Clinical Hypnotherapist

Hello, I’m Dominique.

I’m a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Sexology and experience working within both the NHS and private practice. I believe that everyone deserves a fulfilling, joyful, and connected intimate life—one that aligns with their desires, identity, and values.

Born in Belgium and raised in West Africa, I grew up immersed in diverse cultures, languages, and traditions. These experiences shaped my deep appreciation for human connection and inclusivity, and they continue to inform my therapeutic approach. Having lived in the UK for 31 years, I bring a global perspective to my work, creating a space where people from all backgrounds, faiths, gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures feel seen, heard, and supported.

How I Work
I specialise in supporting individuals and couples with:

Sexual dysfunctions, including erectile dysfunction, premature or delayed ejaculation, vaginismus, sexual pain, arousal difficulties, and low or no desire.

Relationship challenges, such as infidelity, conflict, communication struggles, desire discrepancies, and major life transitions (menopause, illness, or parenthood).

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I integrate hypnotherapy into psychosexual therapy, offering a powerful approach to:

✔ Rewire subconscious beliefs about sex, intimacy, and self-worth.
✔ Reduce performance anxiety and sexual inhibition, fostering confidence and ease.
✔ Support pain management for vaginismus, dyspareunia, and pelvic discomfort.
✔ Enhance arousal and rekindle lost desire, aligning the mind and body.
✔ Heal shame, guilt, and past trauma, deepening emotional and sexual connection.
✔ Help neurodivergent clients navigate sensory sensitivities, emotional overwhelm, and intimacy challenges.

My approach is pluralistic, trauma-informed, and shame-informed, ensuring therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs by integrating cognitive, emotional, somatic, and subconscious techniques for lasting change.

Who I Work With

I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals and couples, including those in

Monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships.
LGBTQIA+ communities, with a specialisation in Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD).
Kink, BDSM, and alternative relationship dynamics.
Neurodivergent experiences in intimacy.

Whether you’re exploring sexual identity, navigating relationship challenges, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to enhance your intimacy and connection, I offer a compassionate and affirming space for your journey.
