About me

What if you could be calmer, happier, more focused and motivated?

Do you feel a bit stuck, lost, or disconnected at times?

Do you find your relationships somewhat challenging? Wearing a mask, putting on a front, and difficult letting the real you shine through?

Maybe you've got the house, car, the career. Done all the right things. On paper you're successful. Those around you are proud of your achievements. But despite everything you've invested, you're not anymore.

"I should be happier than this!"

What if you can be?

Imagine life, feeling more connected. To others, to the world around you. To yourself.

Lighter, more at ease and comfortable inside. Spending more time and attention on the things that are really important to you. And feeling good about it.

What would be possible from there?

Let’s create something new together

I believe we all have what we need within us to live more of the life we want. Sometimes we just need the right guidance.

I worked my way up and around both small-business and corporate environments. And yet I struggled quietly for years. Anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, low self-esteem. And the coping mechanisms that come with them: perfectionism, procrastination, addiction, self-sabotage.

But now things are different. As a Life Coach, Counsellor & Cognitive Hypnotherapist, my own convoluted journey of therapy and coaching, self-exploration, healing retreats, and professional qualification and development has helped me do what I’m most passionate about:

Helping people get get back on the driver’s seat. Create change. Understand themselves and others better. Get back their zest for life. Be more comfortable in their own skin. And have the drive and focus to do more of what really matters to them.

Helping you create a deeper transformation and lasting change

As a multi-disciplined coach & therapist, I draw on a number of practices and methodologies in helping you create the changes you want. From science-based and research-backed, to more intuitive.

Our work is largely conversational and tailored to you. No scripts. No tick-boxes. In a way, it’s about de-hypnotising you to let go of what holds you back, and create a deeper, sustainable change within.

We work together to get you clarity on what's happening for you and why. To get unstuck, break old habits and patterns, and create a clear path forward for yourself.

**Smoking: in my experience, when quitting smoking (or staying quit) is a problem, it’s often symptomatic of a wider pattern or something deeper going on. And therefore we work to understand, and work with, whatever those things are. For that reason I don’t offer a ‘stop smoking fast’ or ‘quit smoking in one session’ service

Seeing me for Life-Coaching, Counselling & Cognitive Hypnotherapy in Leighton Buzzard & Milton Keynes, and via Zoom Video Call:

We’ll work together via video call from the comfort of your own space, so location is never an issue.

We work largely conversationally. So online sessions are virtually identical (pun intended) to face-to-face. Clients have often told me it’s not long before they forget we aren’t actually in the same room together.

Those I speak with often tell me how helpful our first conversation is. Because the approach is new for them.

It’s important we know we’re right for each other

Research tells us the single most important factor when it comes change-work is the relationship you have with who you’re wroking with. So it's important we know we're right for each other.

We’ll take stock at the end of the first session to see if it makes sense we continue working together. Of course, if you have any questions or are about anything at all before booking a session, do drop me a message.

How many sessions will you need?

Some of my clients experience a huge difference after just a few sessions. Some need more. Others like to work together longer-term. Everyone is different.

We can discuss what would work best for you given where you’re at. And you’re free to book your sessions when and at whatever frequency makes sense for you.

“Do you offer physical face-to-face sessions?”

Not currently I’m afraid. And so if this is a concern for you and you’re still interested in working together, drop me a message and we can arrange a chat.
