I am a Fully Qualified Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist offering both face to face sessions and services online, specialising in treating anxiety and depression. I live in Seaford with my wife and together we run a highly successful practice helping people to make positive personal changes in their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked in full time practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist in Seaford, East Sussex since qualifying at the Essex Institute (EICH Brighton Ltd). The Essex Institute has been recognised recently by the Secretary of State as the eminent body in the field of Hypnotherapy.
I am a Licensed Hypno-Band Weight Loss System™ Practitioner, and I continually attend workshops and classes, studying a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
