About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or low mood? Perhaps you feel stuck in patterns that are affecting your confidence, relationships or day-to-day life. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but therapy can help you understand what’s happening and begin making positive, lasting changes.

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist offering both face-to-face sessions and online therapy. I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety, stress and depression using a combination of psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis. My approach is supportive, practical and focused on helping you move forward as quickly and effectively as possible.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy because they feel held back by worries, self-doubt, habits or fears. Together we explore what may be driving these difficulties and develop ways to create meaningful and lasting change.

I run a successful practice in Marylebone, London and Seaford, East Sussex, helping individuals regain confidence, reduce anxiety and feel more in control of their lives.

I regularly support clients with:

• Anxiety, stress and depression
• Confidence and performance issues (including driving tests and exams)
• Breaking unwanted habits such as smoking or nail biting
• Weight management
• Fears and phobias
• Stress-related physical issues such as migraines, IBS and insomnia

I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation with no obligation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss what you’re experiencing, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

As a member of the APHP (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) I am bound by their code of ethics, full details of which can be obtained by visiting their website.

As with all registered professional therapists I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance.
