My name is Chris and first and foremost I'm a father to two incredible daughters, I live in Dorchester, Dorset, I have a passion for helping people improve their lives.
When it comes to therapy I specialise in helping clients who have anxiety, stress and self-confidence issues.
I also help with phobias, sleep and habits.
I tend to use cognitive behavioural therapy techniques combined hypnosis, mindfulness and relaxation.
I can record sections our sessions and encourage clients to continue our work outside of our therapy sessions.
Sessions take place online in the comfort of your own home using my secure telehealth system.

Diploma In Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Anglo-European College of Clinical Hypnotherapy
NLP Practitioners Cert
Qualified in 2014.
The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Sessions are 1-hour long and cost £60.
Block booking of 6+ sessions can reduce the fee to £50 per session
When you first get in contact I will suggest arranging a free online exploration call.
During this call we can discuss your life, the issue you'd like help with and, most importantly, see if I am the right person to help you.
All appointments take place online through a secure telehealth system and are one hour long.
It is recommended that for your appointments you find yourself somewhere that you feel comfortable, where you aren't going to be disturbed and somewhere that you donl't feel like you'll be overheard by other people in your house.
I typically suggest that on an initial basis 4 sessions should give us a very good idea as to whether our sessions together are being successful or not.
You are never tied into any contract or obligation and you're welcome to have sessions spaced out to suit your issue as well as your financial situation.
As you become more self-sufficient with your issue appointments tend to get spaced further apart until you feel you have things under control.
You're always, of course, welcome to return for sessions whenever you feel you need to.
