About me
As a Registered Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner I offer a personalised, solution-focused approach to helping you overcome problems, struggles and challenges.
I treat all people as individuals so whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, fears, phobias, unwanted behaviours, low self-esteem or you're feeling stuck, would like to increase your confidence, control your emotions or just live a different life, I want to help.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy uses a range of tools and techniques specially tailored to the individual to get you to your desired solution.
Training, qualifications & experience
My qualifications include:
- Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (DipCHyp)
- Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD)
- NLP Master Practitioner Certificate (NLP MPrac)
I am fully insured and hold a current enhanced DBS certificate.
I am a Registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA).
I undertake regular Continuous Professional Development and Supervision.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I can also help with grief and bereavement, feeling lost or stuck, unwanted behaviours and habits and psychological recovery from trauma and abuse.

Fees
£75.00 per session
Additional information
Session last for approximately 60 minutes and can be online or in person.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation either by phone or online to give you the opportunity to discuss how I can help and answer any questions you may have.
I provide a personalised recording for you to listen to, in your own time, which will enhance the progress we make in sessions.
