I am a CNHC-registered and accredited Hypnotherapist, offering hypnotherapy and integrative therapeutic work for adults. My work is grounded in contemporary psychology, ethical practice, and clinical supervision.
Hypnotherapy can be helpful for:

- sleep disturbance, including nightmares, insomnia and restlessness

- psychosomatic or functional conditions, including unexplained pain, tinnitus, IBS and other conditions

- Fears and phobias, such as fear of flying, spiders, confined spaces, crowds, infection, and many more
My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and individually tailored.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychologist, and hypnotherapist, qualified in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP), and Psychology (MSc). I am registered with The British Psychological Society (BPS), The Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), The National Society for Talking Therapies (NSTT), and the National Hypnotherapy Society.
I focus on:

- trauma and developmental experiences,
- emotional regulation, anger management,
- somatic and unexplained pain and discomfort
- pain management
- Performance improvement
- identity and confidence issues, and
- work-related stress and burnout.
I am trained in and practice Eriksonian Hypnotherapy, Person Centred work, and take an integrative approach that can include CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic and other modalities.
Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
As I am CNHC and National Hypnotherapy Society registered, and therefore regulated by the Professional Standards Authority, many health cash providers such as Paycare, Westfield, and Health Shield will reimburse your Hypnotherapy fees, so ask your provider.
Virtual sessions are charged at £75, in person sessions at our Museum Street, London therapy rooms are charged at £120.

I offer private, self-funded hypnotherapy for adults presenting with anxiety, stress-related conditions, trauma symptoms, phobias, and psychosomatic concerns. I am fully supervised and work within CNHC and UKCP ethical frameworks.
