About me
Hypnotherapy gives fantastic results in treating a vast amount of symptoms. So if you're feeling stuck, frustrated, depressed, anxious, are in pain or if you want to change, improve or be free from something in your life, then I can help.
I have been a therapist for over 20 years now and have helped thousands of clients. I use a unique combination of advanced Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, the principles of CBT, plus EFT and guided imagery to help my clients experience fast and long lasting change. Each solution is tailored to my Client's needs as every person is individual.
So whether you wish to eradicate an unwanted habit or behaviour, remove a phobia, gain relief from a specific emotional issue like Anxiety or Depression, or simply have more self-confidence to make those all important changes in your life, I really can help.
I am a qualified Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, EFT Practitioner, Master Reiki Practitioner and Motivational Coach. I am recognised as a Senior Hypnotherapist with the GHR too. Over my 16 years experience, I have helped clients with a number of issues including addiction, trauma, confidence building, anxiety and depression. Appointments are available at times to suit clients including some evenings and weekends.

Member organisations
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

For Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT - £75 per session weekdays), £85 per session (evenings & weekends)
First appointments include a thorough consultation/assessment to ensure therapy is tailored to your needs and usually takes up to two hours. Follow-up appointments are between an hour to an hour and a half.
Reiki - £50 per session
Hypnotherapy, NLP and Reiki can be combined into a wonderfully relaxing session lasting between an hour and a half to 2 hours costs £100
