About me
I am an experienced hypnotherapist specialising in DMRT (Dynamic Mind Realignment Therapy), advanced hypnotherapy and NLP. I work with a wide range of issues including Virtual Weight Loss Jab, Hypno Gastric Band, weight loss and obesity, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, insomnia, confidence, phobias (including fear of flying and spiders), habits, exam nerves, blushing, trauma (including sexual and domestic abuse), PTSD, and addiction.
I am a Certified Weight Loss Professional and a registered provider of the Virtual Hypno Gastric Band, with extensive experience supporting clients with alcohol, drug, gambling and behavioural addictions. I also specialise in sports performance, pain management, IBS, and working with children and teenagers.
My approach integrates hypnotherapy, NLP, regression and my own DMRT model, developed through over 20 years of clinical experience. I help clients understand why an issue exists and guide them towards lasting change with compassion, clarity and practical strategies. I work with you, not at you.
Alongside my therapy work, I bring 44 years’ experience as an actor, drama teacher, theatre director and writer, making me particularly effective with performers, creatives and media professionals. I am also an experienced Past Life Regression practitioner and previously ran a Harley Street clinic.
I offer sessions from my home practice in Ipswich, as well as Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime sessions worldwide, working with clients across the UK, Europe and the USA. I provide a professional, high-quality service at a reasonable cost.

Training, qualifications & experience
Trained at the Anglia School of Hypnotherapy. Registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register GHR and regulated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council GHSC. I am trained to Advanced level in Professional Hypnotherapy and NLP. I am ex Harley Street. CNHC approved.
I trained with an ex soldier in PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Psychological Trauma and Deep Trance Phenomena and Elman and Ericksonian Hypnosis with Russell Potts. I am evolving a new protocol called DMRT which models the best of what has worked over almost 20 years. I recently refreshed my knowledge of NLP and did a course with Wild Success Global re-qualifying as an NLP Practitioner. I am a Certified Weight Loss Professional and have worked with a Professional Nutritionist to evolve not just the HypnoGastricBand but using foods and hypnosis to emulate the effects of GLP-1 appetite suppressant - the same as Weight Loss Injections but without the side effects.
Featured as a Past Life Regression Hypnotist in Jenny Smedley's books on PLR. I also was gifted the Andrew Newton protocols for Life Between Lives.
I work in a bespoke way tailoring to each individual needs and addressing holistically the issue: For example weight loss might also involve dealing with anxiety stress and depression.
I am good at dealing with complex issues and have been able to help many who had "tried everything else."
As a trained teacher with enhanced disclosure I work with children.
i worked as an actor for 44 years and still write and direct for theatre and write for screen. I’m working on some crossover projects for addiction which utilises drama and therapy.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

£60 - 65 a session with free CDs or MP3s of each session for reinforcement.
£180 for Stop Smoking Hypnosis and General Weight loss 3 part course.
£260 for the Hypno Gastric Band 4 part course.
£65 for Past Life Regression PLR LBL FLP with free CD/MP3
I sometimes offer home visits where it is difficult to get to me - I charge travel and time costs on top of the above fees.
