About me

Currently all appointments are carried out by either Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom.  These type of sessions work very well, and can actually be more convenient to you, as I have more availability of times working online.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call me for a free, no-obligation chat.

Currently people are experiencing a wide variety of emotions. Anxiety, stress, depression, worry, panic, anger - it almost seems like we are going through stages in response to the Corona crisis.  People are also dreaming much more than normal - the body's way of processing the anxieties of the day.  If you are feeling overwhelmed by any emotions, please give me a call.  We can talk through different ways I could potentially help.

I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner working in central London (Waterloo) and Guildford in Surrey.  Each session is individually tailored to you and incorporates both active participation as well as post-hypnotic suggestion.

Cognitive hypnotherapy differs from other types of hypnotherapy as we take elements of different approaches - not just hypnotherapy - to help you.  Although I tend to use hypnosis in most sessions, some sessions may just involve talking - you and I work together to determine the approach that's best for you.

Hypnotherapy is not designed to be long-term and most people are surprised at how few sessions are needed to resolve their issue. Smoking and simple phobias should only take one session, but most other issues can be between just 3 and 4 sessions.

I have a special interest in confidence and self-esteem issues, which tend to respond very well to hypnotherapy. I have designed a special 3 hour Confidence Breakthrough Session which can enable you to tackle your issues in one go. Note that confidence and self-esteem issues can also be dealt with in a series of one hour sessions.

Public speaking and presentation nerves are something that an increasing number of people are seeking hypnotherapy to help resolve. I have much experience with this and have techniques to help you both overcome your anxiety on a subconscious level, as well as NLP techniques you can use on yourself as and when you need them.

Many people wonder if their particular area of concern can be helped by hypnotherapy. Many types of issues - ones not normally listed - can be addressed successfully with hypnotherapy.  Some people find that they themselves can't exactly define "what" is wrong...they just know that something isn't as it should be. Please feel free to give me a call or email to briefly outline your concerns, and I can advise whether hypnotherapy can possibly be of assistance.

The first session is normally 1.5 hours long in order to accommodate both a detailed history and the first round of hypnosis. Any subsequent session is then one hour in length. In addition to the 3 hour Confidence Breakthrough Session, I also offer a special one-off Smoking Cessation Session which is 2 hours in length.

I practice both in central London (Waterloo) and in Guildford, Surrey. Feel free to give me a call on 07909 883 531 for a confidential chat about your issue or to find out more. You can of course email here or text/WhatsApp on 07909 883 531.
