About me

Hello!  If you are looking to make a change to your life, please be in touch and I can walk you through how hypnotherapy might be able to help.

I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, and I work in Guildford, Ashtead, and Epsom in Surrey, as well as Waterloo in central London and by Zoom.

Each session is individually tailored to you and incorporates both active participation as well as post-hypnotic suggestion.   Cognitive Hypnotherapy is solution focused.  We are always working towards your desired outcome.

So many issues can be addressed in hypnotherapy.  Some of these include:

  • anxiety / stress
  • smoking and vaping
  • phobias
  • weight loss / emotional eating
  • confidence
  • drinking issues
  • all sleep issues
  • public speaking nerves

I also offer past-life regression. This is a fascinating area that can be used to explore past lives and their impact today.   This method can also be used to address a particular issue and to understand patterns and origins of behaviour.

I am a Neuro-Linguistic Programmming (NLP) Practitioner.  I use this in conjunction with hypnosis or as a stand-alone method.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or "tapping") is an amazing tool that I can teach you to use on yourself in order to release mental blocks, deal with trauma, or recurring negative thoughts.

EMI (Eye Movement Integration) is a technique that I use to by-pass content and deal with the emotional root of the issue.

Many people wonder if their particular area of concern can be helped by hypnotherapy.   Some people find that they themselves can't exactly define "what" is wrong...they just know that something isn't as it should be. Please feel free to give me a call or email to briefly outline your concerns, and I can advise whether hypnotherapy can possibly be of assistance.

Hypnotherapy is not designed to be long-term and most people are surprised at how few sessions are needed to resolve their issue. Smoking and simple phobias can only take one session, but most other issues can be between just 3 and 5 sessions.

Sessions are normally one hour long apart from the 3 hour Confidence Breakthrough Session. I also offer a special one-off Smoking Cessation Session which is 2 hours in length.

Feel free to give me a call on 07909 883 531 for a confidential chat about your issue or to find out more. You can of course email here or text/WhatsApp on 07909 883 531.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Stress and anxiety - we try to get to the root of your anxiety, and using a variety of techniques to suit your particular needs, we seek to achieve a measurable improvement in your quality of life.

I have helped many people overcome their weight issues and issues with alcohol. Sometimes drinking slowly morphs from the "cheeky glass of wine" to something out of control.  Please contact me to find out how I can help.

In addition, I specialize in confidence and self-esteem issues as well as public speaking / presentation nerves.

I offer past-life regression - please contact me for more info.
