About me

I specialise in three main areas, trauma, anxiety and low self-esteem.
I teach hypnotherapy to a nationally recognised Diploma standard. I am also a fully qualified and highly experienced hypnotherapist working from bespoke offices in the heart of the English Riviera.

Registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), and the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I first qualified in 2002 and have been working as a full-time hypnotherapist since then.

My background is in the building trade, which helps me to keep my feet on the ground with a plain and no-nonsense approach to hypnotherapy.

If you need to know more, consultations are free of charge and last about an hour. These are important as we need to get a thorough understanding of why you would like hypnosis, to explain what it is and isn't like, to dispel some myths and see how hypnotisable you are!

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
