Hello and welcome to my website.
Im a Qualified Analytical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor & Spiritual Healer
After many years of battling with my own demons and trauma I've experienced from a clients perspective both Counselling & Hypnotherapy.
Through my personal journey, I’ve been able to strengthen my spiritual gifts.
Acknowledging my empathic side as well as my connection with spirit, I’ve been able to use these skills within the therapy I offer.
Traumas / Triggers in our childhood have a great influence on our adult lives, shaping our personality. Events that occur in childhood can remain in the unconscious, and cause problems as adults.
Personality is shaped as the drives are modified by different conflicts at different times in childhood
Counselling is great to be able to talk and air your concerns but then after your treatment has finished where do you go then how does the pain,guilt and other ailments you carry leave you …?They don’t you bury it deep down hoping by not talking about it anymore its resolved but is it??
Not everything is from our childhood but dealing with your subconscious whilst under hypnosis Will guide you to where you need to go to then release it.
