About me

For over sixteen years at Miracles of Your Mind I have been treating the cause of client's problems and not just the symptom. With clinical hypnotherapy, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and a sympathetic and warm approach, clients overcome their issues, emotional and physical, making a positive difference, a change, enabling them to move forward with their lives.

Hypnotherapy can help with a very wide range issues - in fact there are very few problems that cannot be addressed with hypnotherapy. Clients learn a good deal about themselves, often with life changing outcomes.

In addition to hypnotherapy, I use an integrated approach. As an example, it is often advisable to use hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP together to eliminate a phobia, with quicker results. The use of muscle testing with Kinesiology adds another dimension to my therapy, and the use of Bush Flower Essences often speeds up the process of healing.

I specialise in Past Life Regression Therapy. In addition to being a fascinating insight for most people, Past Life Therapy is first and foremost incredibly healing. In cases where problems may not resolve fairly quickly, the issue may be from a past life. For instance, someone who finds it difficult to lose weight may do so because they were starving in a previous lifetime.
