Further information

What is clinical hypnotherapy?

The use of hypnosis for the treatment and relief of physical and psychological symptoms.

What does it feel like to be hypnotised?

You are in a state of pleasant relaxation neither asleep nor fully awake (like daydreaming) in an altered state of consciousness, enabling beneficial suggestions to be given to your unconscious mind.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is the natural way of making contact with the inner (unconscious) self which are the cause of many of our problems as well as a potential source of inner strength and knowledge.

Will I still be in control? Will I give away any secrets I have?

People cannot be hypnotised against their will and can reject any suggestions given under hypnosis if they are not appropriate to them.

Hypnotherapy is completely natural and safe with no harmful side effects where the benefits are long lasting and often permanent.

Some of the things Hypnotherapy can help with:

  • Trauma
  • Eating disorders
  • Alcohol and Drug abuse
  • Skin problems
  • Pain control
  • Phobias
  • Weight control
  • Sexual Problems
  • Addiction.

And many more...please call me on 07854 848647 to enquire.
