About me

I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist and psychotheraputic counsellor. I work in the centre of Nottingham from a clinic that benefits from ample on street parking and disabled access. I work with a whole host of issues ranging from the everyday to the more unusual, so whatever you want help with why not start by giving me a call to discuss what I can do for you.

When it comes to hypnptherapy my areas of special interest are helping people manage and overcome depression and anxiety, and working with you to reduce and control physical pain. These are also areas I specialise in as a professional counsellor, and the beauty of hypnotherapy and counselling is that they can be used either together or seperately depending on what works best for you.

I work with a multi model counselling approach, which allows me to truly tailor therapy to suit you, so whether you're new to therapyor you're looking to begin a new chapter of your journey, I can provide you with the right skills, environment and support to explore your 'inner you'.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have diplomas in hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling, and I am a fully accredited professional member of the National Hypnotherapy Society as well as the National Counselling Society.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
