When you recognise that something no longer feels right, whether it's an unhelpful habit or behaviour, or an emotion interrupting your peace of mind or starting to hold you back, it is time to explore what’s underneath the surface, and I can help you do that, in a safe and effective way.
Using the subconscious mind to embed lasting change, hypnotherapy helps you shift outdated beliefs, reconnect with your inner resources, and create new, more supportive ways of thinking, feeling and responding. You can then feel calmer, more confident, more in control, or simply more connected to yourself, in a truly meaningful way.

While my approach is empathetic, I can also challenge the thought patterns and habits that are no longer serving you, to help you find clarity, insight, and direction. My work is rooted in understanding how our beliefs, perceptions, and experiences shape the way we navigate the world.
I believe that:

- Real change happens when you feel seen, heard and supported in a space of trust.
- The therapeutic relationship is key. It's not just what we do together, it's about building a genuine connection.
- Hypnosis is a proven approach to tackling many life stresses, anxiety, phobias, pain symptoms (incl. childbirth) and self-esteem issues.
I mostly work with adults of all ages, but with years of experience working in school settings, I also work confidently with young people.
Qualifications and background:
- Certified Hypnotherapist & Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists
- Qualified Hypnobirthing Practitioner
- Background in counselling & therapeutic play (having worked for over 12 years providing emotional support to school children and their families in my local community in SW London)
- Born in France, I have lived and worked in London for over 30 years. I am married, with two grown-up children and a grandchild.
So, what happens next?
Email me or message me on WhatsApp with the issue you wish to address, to see how I can be of help. I aim to respond within 48 hours, and if we are a good fit, I will set up an online 90 minutes consultation session over Zoom (or FaceTime if preferred).
There will be a short confidential form to fill in, and payment is required 24 hours beforehand, to guarantee your booking. All your questions about hypnotherapy and the process of hypnosis will be answered. We will talk about your circumstances, define your main issue and your goals.
We will do some relaxing hypnosis and set the direction of travel for therapeutic change. Then, we will discuss how (and how many) additional one-hour sessions might be beneficial to you.
