My name is Sharon and my Hypnotherapy and Counselling practice is called SCM Therapy, 'Solution Creative Mind'
I am a Solution Focused hypnotherapist working with clients to support them with overwhelming anxiety, stress, low mood or to give up smoking or vaping or supporting them with weight management. I believe that within each of us lies the capacity to understand our experiences and emotions and to move towards positive change. What we often need is the right environment to support that process.
