As an Integrative Hypnotherapist I have gained qualifications in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Working in an integrative way I am able to use a combination of therapeutic approaches in the sessions depending on your presenting problem. We will look at your concerns and issues and establish your desired outcome. We can then move forward to manage these.
I am friendly, approachable and empathetic and work in a way that is entirely client focussed and supportive. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Weight Management helps you make positive changes to your relationship to food. It helps you to create the mind-set to maintain healthy eating habits. Hypnosis can be used to help change unhealthy eating patterns producing a healthier lifestyle.
The Weight Management Package consists of 5 x 1 hour sessions. On booking you will be given a complimentary 1 hour session to be taken at the end of the package. This offer is available for a limited time.
This package should be completed within 2 months of your first session.
Hypnosis is a natural state that you go in and out of throughout the course of the day, such as when you daydream or watching TV or reading a book and just drifting off.
Hypnotherapy uses the state of hypnosis in a beneficial and therapeutic way. It is whilst you are in the state of hypnosis (the relaxed daydream state) that we can work safely on the changes that you want to make. You are conscious and in control at all times and you can voluntarily leave the state of hypnosis at any time.
I'm a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and studied at the Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies in Bloomsbury, London
