Hypnotherapy is fast becoming one of the most popular forms of treatment for smoking cessation.
Hypnotherapy works by guiding the individual into a deep, relaxed state. During this time the mind is more open to suggestion and change. When this happens the Hypnotherapist will make suggestions which will help you in changing your thought patterns and behaviours associated with smoking.
If you would like to find out more or book in for smoking cessation then please call or email me.
Hypnotherapy can be an effective tool for weight management. Helping with motivation and working towards your weight management goals.
Self-esteem comes from within and hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for building self-esteem. Helping to turn negative self talk and self-criticism into more positive self-talk and higher self-esteem.
