About me

Are you going through something at the moment and struggling to shift yourself to feel better? Perhaps you are working so hard but asking yourself why is nothing changing? Is self-doubt creeping in because things are not moving the way you had hoped and you need some help to overcome a blockage or regain your confidence?

I'm Savita, a qualified Hypnotherapist helping my clients to overcome psychological problems and change undesired behaviours or ways of thinking. Combining Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Counselling to specialise in helping people with relationship issues, anxiety, stress and lack of confidence. I also have qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NLP, allowing me to adapt the therapy to your precise needs.

I offer a free consultation by phone and therapy sessions online and in a detached building with private access in a quiet residential area. It's easily accessible both by car and by public transport, and the building is well adapted to your comfort.

During the free consultation we can decide if a face to face or online session will be right for you. I find both equally successful. If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to contact me here.
