My name is Savita Patel, and I help people who are ready to move beyond anxiety, stress, self-doubt and emotional overwhelm so they can feel calmer, more confident and more in control of their lives.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. You may have spent months or even years telling yourself that you should be able to cope on your own. You may have become so used to carrying the weight of your worries that you've forgotten what it feels like to truly relax.
That's where I can help.
I provide a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can take a step back from the demands of daily life and focus on yourself. Together, we'll work towards helping you understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence, fears, sleep difficulties, unwanted habits or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I also offer online hypnotherapy sessions, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Many clients find online sessions just as effective as meeting in person, while enjoying the convenience and flexibility they provide.

I offer both online and in-person appointments, with sessions tailored to your individual needs and goals. If you're unsure which option is right for you, please feel free to get in touch and I'll be happy to answer any questions.
My aim is to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most – creating positive and lasting change in your life.
My Fees are £108 for first session for 75 - 90 minutes session.
Second session and any subsequent session will be £72 for 45 to 60 minutes sessions.
