About me

Everything may look fine on the outside, but privately you feel anxious, overwhelmed or close to burnout. I help capable people feel calm, confident and resilient using hypnotherapy, EMDR and EFT in Sevenoaks and online.

Feel Like Yourself Again - Calm, Confident and Resilient

From the outside, it may look like you are coping.

You keep going, stay productive, support everyone else and keep pushing through.

But privately you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in overthinking, struggling with confidence or wondering why life feels harder than it should.

Many of my clients are capable women, professionals and those carrying a lot of responsibility who are used to managing everything for everyone else, while silently battling stress, pressure and self-doubt.

Often, this is the point where strong people realise something needs to change.

Training, qualifications & experience

Before becoming an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner, I trained and worked as a professional dancer, an industry that taught me about performance, perfectionism, and the toll that stress and self-criticism take on the mind and body. That lived experience now shapes my work supporting women, teens and young performers to release anxiety, build self-belief and restore emotional balance.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, from the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I'm also a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and EMDR and EFT Practitioner.

I hold additional qualifications in Nutrition, Weight Management and Nutrient Metabolism, Solution Focused Therapy and NLP.

I set up private practice in 2020 from my home in Sevenoaks in Kent, after a 22-year career in the health and wellness industry. I am a retired professional dancer and I support young performers and athletes who struggle with anxiety and self-belief issues.

I'm registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and The National Society of Psychotherapists (NSPsy). I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS.
