About me
Hi, I’m Samantha, I specialise in helping professionals overcome limiting beliefs like imposter syndrome, lack of self-confidence, and self-esteem issues that hold them back from reaching their potential.
I work with young athletes, high achievers and professionals who experience high pressure environments, (like brokers and medical professionals.)
Using tools in Clinical Hypnotherapy, RTT, EMDR and EFT, I help clients shift these subconscious blocks quickly and effectively.
My passion lies in facilitating transformations in mindset and performance. Empowering my clients to know they have everything they need within themselves. Knowing they are good enough, worthy and deserving of success.
Developing increased resilience, coping skills and the tools to feel calm and focused when faced with challenges.
I guide my clients to find inner contentment and balance, not just professionally but personally. Creating a more sustainable work-life harmony, improved relationships, while achieving their goals.
I also help client with:
- Eating issues and body confidence issues.
- Teenage anxiety and confidence issues.
I believe everyone deserves to feel calm, confident and self-assured in who they are and what they do. Whether it’s shifting self-doubt or breaking through performance anxiety, this work has the power to transform lives and careers.
I offer free 30 minute consultation calls bookable via my website. www.samantha-goddard.com
