About me

Renata Krok
If you need help with an issue, I provide professional and confidential help with most mind related matters and have a toolbox of useful therapies and coping skills to help you get the most out of life. I do online, telephone and face to face therapy sessions.

Therapy is tailored to your specific needs and requirements and it can involve a combination of hypnosis, Life Change or other therapies such as BWRT ®, a new dynamic therapeutic process, which does not involve hypnosis and the results have been amazing and rapid.

My toolbox includes:- Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, CBT, SymbioDynamics™ and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® (BWRT ®) Sequent Repatterning Therapy which is specifically for Misophonia

Corporate Team building with SymbioDynamics ™

If you are a Business Leader who would benefit from increased productivity and teamwork, I have exactly the right methodology to help create rapid and deep-seated change. It is quicker and more accurate than psychometric testing, yet is able to inspire and uplift individuals or whole work units.

I worked as a Marketing Manager for several years before becoming a therapist and know that a team is only as strong as its weakest link. The most common cause of reduced productivity and lack of success in any team is STRESS.

Stress can result in:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self-destructive Behaviour
  • Over indulgence in food &/or alcohol
  • Poor Sex Life
  • Poor Sleeping Patterns
  • Relationship Difficulties
  • Absenteeism
  • Poor Concentration

Watch your team improve as these issues are dealt with. Success will follow.

Individual or Group sessions available.

Get rid of dissent and watch your team work together in a productive manner.
