About me

Hello, I’m Peta Taylor, a clinical hypnotherapist. I trained with the gold standard Clifton Practice, and hold a diploma in solution focused hypnotherapy and the NCH diploma in hypnotherapy practice.

I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused hypnotherapy. I am fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate which allows me to work with children.

As a solution focused hypnotherapist I work with my clients to achieve a positive mindset we won’t revisit the past, the past is gone, we cannot change, it we look for a solution to achieve a bright and positive future.

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a talking therapy combining hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. It can be a very rewarding and relaxing therapy leading you to the best version of yourself.

I am currently offering sessions via Zoom, Skype, Facebook messenger or WhatsApp during the pandemic but hope to return to face-to-face sessions as soon as possible

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
