Health Coaching - Returning to work
Following the Pandemic, you may have found that you are finding challenges, both physically and emotionally in your return to work. Cognitive Coaching and Mindfulness has the potential to help you build your confidence and return to work.
Health & Wellbeing - Chronic Pain Management
Mind-body therapies like Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness can help manage related symptoms/feelings, helping to change our relationship with chronic pain.
Helping to improve independence by giving you the cognitive tools to cope with the emotional impact(s) that sometimes arise with Chronic Pain.
Mindfulness Now (Licensed Practitioner) - Offering individual 1-to-1, as well as group sessions in mindfulness-based practices. As well as teaching mindfulness meditation, I offer programmes for stress reduction, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional trauma and pain control, including the 8 weeks Mindfulness Now programme.
*Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) - This technique involves tensing and relaxing muscle groups. This helps the participant recognise the difference between tension and relaxation. feelings of pain are often associated with tension in our body.
*Breathing techniques - Breathing techniques, including mindfulness, are designed to teach people how to use their breath (grounding) to relax and reduce stress (being present).
Health Coaching - Weight Loss
Using CBT techniques, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Coaching, I can support the changes you seek, including the behaviours that often lead to weight gain, this includes sugar addiction.
Using Cognitive based Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Coaching can also help with achieving a more active lifestyle.
The use of 'Virtual Gastric Banding' in Hypnotherapy is growing in popularity; this is a service I can offer.
