About me

I specialise in anxiety reduction and stress management, also covering a range of symptoms such as Low self-esteem, phobias and pain management.

If you find that you are short of breath, your heart is racing, your palms are sweating and you are constantly worrying, you are not alone. Anxiety can affect your everyday life and can interfere with your sleep, it is one of the most common mental health disorder, research shows that Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective treatment and when combined with Cognitive Behavioural therapy it has a lasting effect.

I am an experienced and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist in London.
I researched and used this scientific evidence based approach in the past to treat myself. It has a solution based approach during which one learns new coping skills and allows you to be fully active in the collaborative process.

It is today a pleasure for me to take on this journey with my clients and transfer this knowledge and watch the progress and the new sense of empowerment that it brings to them.

Hypnotherapy is a safe and science-backed therapy, when combined with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy),  we explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours patterns and identify the triggers to work together towards a solution based treatment plan that is adapted to you. The combination is proven to be the most effective and long lasting approaches and research has shown that hypnotherapy is one of the most effective treatment to treat anxiety and IBS.

I adopt an integrative approach to my clinic, using breathing techniques, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in order to give us more flexibility and techniques to use to reach your goal and alleviate the sufferings, to get better for good.

The body-mind connection fascinates me and I constantly look into new developments to further my knowledge in the field, from a neurologic, physiological and psychological point of view. I endeavour to bring that knowledge into my practice because I am driven by the need to make a difference and help people making measurable changes in their lives.

I provide a warm, safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment with empathy to build a relationship based on understanding and acceptance, so we can collaborate to reach your goal.

I offer a free 30 mn free consultation/assessment so you can ask me your questions and to discuss how you would like to move forward.
