About me

You might look fine on the outside — but inside, something doesn’t feel quite right.
You don’t have to have the answers yet — this is simply a place to start.

I’m Neesh, an integrative hypnotherapist and mindfulness practitioner based in London and online, I specialise in working with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out or quietly stuck — often without a clear reason why.

Many of my clients tell me:

“I don’t know what’s wrong, I just feel off.”
“I’m functioning, but everything feels heavier than it should.”
“My mind won’t switch off.”
“I’ve lost confidence in myself somewhere along the way.”

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

How I work;

My approach is gentle, grounded and deeply human.
There’s no pressure to perform, analyse everything, or “fix” yourself.

I blend hypnotherapy, mindfulness, NLP and coaching to help you:

  • Slow down your nervous system
    quiet the overthinking.
  • Reconnect with yourself
    and move forward at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
  • Sessions often feel like a calm pause in the week — a space where you can exhale, make sense of what’s been going on, and begin to feel more steady and like you again.

I can support you with;

  • Anxiety & overthinking — racing thoughts, tension, panic, feeling constantly on edge.
  • Burnout & overwhelm — emotional exhaustion, numbness, loss of motivation.
  • Stress — difficulty switching off, feeling stretched too thin or stuck in survival mode.
  • Low confidence & self-esteem — self-doubt, inner critic, feeling “not enough”.
  • Life transitions — break-ups, career changes, identity shifts, starting again after a difficult chapter.
  • Fears & phobias — worries or patterns that limit your day-to-day life.
  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself — even when you can’t explain why.

    You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear problem to reach out.
    We can start exactly where you are.

A space where you can be yourself
I offer a transparent, LGBTQ+ informed and inclusive practice.
This is a space where you can show up as you are — without judgement, labels or expectations.

If you’re unsure whether hypnotherapy is right for you, or whether I’m the right therapist, that’s completely okay. I'm more than happy to have a chat to discuss what you need...

Let’s talk;
I offer a free, relaxed 30-minute discovery call — no pressure, no obligation.
Just a chance to talk things through, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right.

If something here resonates, I’d really love to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
