About me

My name is Mary - Jane Armstrong, and I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, and specialize in Stress & Anxiety,Depression/Confidence/Self Esteem,Phobias, Stop Smoking, Weight Loss incl. Virtual Gastric Band, Bereavement and any other issues including Mindfulness and Meditation.

*I also specialize in Past Life Regression* and clients are having great success with this.

I also work with children and have trained in children's mindfulness and I am a Relax Kids coach, I work with children from all ages.

First and Foremost, if you are coming along to see a Clinical Hypnotherapist, please do so because YOU want to, and you are ready to make those  changes; Your health and well being are important to me, and your behaviour will not be judged. You will be treated in a genuine way, with compassion, empathy, encouragement and support.

On a personal level, after a series of problems and trauma in my life, I turned to hypnotherapy for help, and had great results, this motivated me to go down the path of training to be a clinical hypnotherapist and in turn inspiring and motivating others.

Some clients are nervous or agitated on their first visit, it’s the fear of the unknown, anytime we do something for the first time, its always a bit daunting, once we get over this, then we will feel more comfortable. I pride myself on being able to make people relax instantly, it can be daunting coming for therapy, but it’s actually a positive step.

Sessions are not rushed, but I always give the client longer on the first session, raging from 1-2 hours, finishing off with a short relaxation, or self esteem/confidence hypnosis, as a taster of things to come. Remember though we will only move onto the next stage when you are ready. "Don't stay Stuck, Get in Touch"
