I help people overcome anxiety and anxiety based disorders. I can help you change the relationship you hold with your thoughts so that you are able to effectively manage negative thoughts and reduce anxiety. I will teach you psychological skills that will enable you to feel empowered to move forward with your life towards valued stress free living.
An excessive or persistent state of anxiety can have a devastating effect on our physical and mental health and my passion and commitment is to enable you to feel better and improve your life. I understand how difficult it can be sometimes for clients to take that first step in accessing help and in my experience the most powerful way of helping clients is to offer a support package that is guided by processes. I provide continual support throughout the process – both in and outside the therapy session and offer my clients a potentially powerful process that can be profoundly transformational.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified a a Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2012 and hold a L6 in Therapeutic Care and use a combination of therapeutic modalities. I hold professional insurances and a DBS Certificate.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation which provides me the opportunity of initially assessing how I can help you and identifying an appropriate support package. It also, more importantly, provides you with the opportunity to identify if you would like me to help you.

- 5 hours of face to face therapy.
- Email support between sessions.
- Audio file/s.
- Access to discounted Mindfulness Classes.
I also help clients manage stress and overcome:
- Emotional barriers to weight loss.
In addition to offering one-to-one therapy support packages I also coach group on Mindfulness which offers proven benefits that support the development of positive mental health.
I understand that many people have work commitments and can arrange evening and weekend appointments if needed.
