Calm minds workshops
These weekly well-being workshops include mindfulness, relaxation and emotional resilience strengthening. The aim of the workshops is to give you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit as well as to enable you to develop a mindful practice that you could continue outside the sessions.
For a block of four workshops the cost is £30 (except for the December block). Block details up to Christmas are as follows:
November: 6, 13, 20, 27 = £30
December: 4, 11, 18 = £22.50
This is NOT a course so don't worry if you are unable to make any of the dates - you can still join us for the rest of the block and, if you let me know the dates you are away, we can re-calculate the block price accordingly.
