About me

As a Hypnotherapist and Lifecoach I can motivate and mentor you to make the real, measurable progress you desire and deserve. Phobias and fears, weight loss, drinking and smoking cessation, stress and anxiety will be effectively targeted and transformed in-person or online.

Training, qualifications & experience

A Clinical Hypnotherapist accredited by the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists, and on the General Hypnotherapy Register, I first studied Solution-Oriented Hypnosis with Bill O'Hanlon in 2018, then trained in Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Therapy as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, practising since 2022. I've had a Diploma in Lifecoaching since 2006, and have been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2003.

Member organisations

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Additional information

Hypnotherapy is equally effective online and in-person. It’s great to be able to support you wherever you are. Everything is secure and confidential, no matter what. I offer an initial free online Discovery Call which you can book at https://www.humanrevolution.co.uk/discoverycall I'm confident that even a single session of Hypnotherapy can change your life.  A 2 hour RTT (rapid transformational therapy) hypnotherapy session for £250 includes preparation, follow-up calls for 3 weeks, and a personalised Transformational recording. After 3 days I also send an additional Healing recording. If you choose to have subsequent sessions, they cost £200 then £150.

Further information

I pioneered the television series Video Diaries in the 1980s then went on to work at the BBC making Open Space TV documentaries to give a voice to people who felt misrepresented or under-represented by the media. I've been fortunate to ‘produce’ two children, who’ve done a good job of bringing me up! I started chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo” more than 40 years ago with the incentive of creating happiness and success for myself and others. I then naturally sought effective complementary healing techniques to facilitate change in the world through inner transformation.
