Further information

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation initially to discuss your needs and how I work.

Once you decide to go ahead we will meet for a 90 minute one-to-one session to understand your requirements in detail, discuss and agree a plan as well as a first gentle relaxation session so that you can see how it feels for you personally. Follow up sessions will be more directed to your issues and last around 50 minutes. The average client sees me 3 times.

For Weight Management and IBS I offer a bespoke, specially developed 6-session Treament Plan which has proven success rates.

The sessions are held in the private and beautifully appointed therapy rooms at the Core Zone and are wholly confidential,

I am an experienced business and organisation specialist too so am comfortable to work in groups as well as one to one, specialising in people issues... so if you have any challenges in your organisation or just want to improve wellbeing why not check out my Linked In profile and arrange an initial free consultation lasting around 1 hour.
