Are you sick of feeling anxious, stuck and limited in life?
Maybe you're struggling with anxiety in social situations? Perhaps you're holding yourself back at work because of imposter syndrome? Or you have a phobia that's distressing and limiting you. Maybe you've been trying for a long time to 'get over it', but you're still struggling and don't know what to do.
Hi, I'm Lauren, a highly experienced hypnotherapist. I've helped many clients overcome problems like this and I'd love to help you too.
I combine hypnotherapy with integrative psychotherapy, using only evidence-based techniques and drawing from a range of therapeutic theories to tailor therapy uniquely to you, so you get the results you are looking for.

Most importantly, I provide a safe, warm, empathetic and non-judgemental space, connecting fully with you, so that no issue is too embarrassing and you feel secure to make the changes you want to make.

Fertility Issues
If you are struggling with infertility, I offer a mind-body programme incorporating evidence-based methods for reducing stress and anxiety, resolving any subconscious blocks to pregnancy, and enhancing the mind-body connection to help you get into your optimal fertile state, whether you are trying naturally or using fertility treatment, such as IVF.
I am also very experienced at working with clients on the emotional and psychological toll that struggling to conceive brings, and can support you through treatment or trying naturally to conceive.
I get it
I have worked with many clients to help them make the positive, lasting changes they desire and I have a real depth of knowledge and understanding of the issues I work with people on. But I also get it from a personal perspective as somebody with lived experience, who has previously suffered from severe anxiety from childhood until well into adult life and has suffered the pain and sadness of infertility. So if you choose to work with me, you not only get a highly-trained and experienced hypnotherapist, you get someone fully on your side, who truly understands what you're going through and has a strong commitment to help you get to where you want to be.
Ways you can work with me
I see clients in my comfortable therapy room in Fulham, London, SW6, just one minute walk from Putney Bridge Station.
I also work online via Zoom if you prefer to see me from the comfort of your own home.
